As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, an email will be sent to you to confirm that it is on its way.
Starlei does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product cannot be made as a result of the data provided by the customer being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company.
Important information about taxes or duties
Please keep in mind that the international deliveries They may have additional charges (such as taxes and duties) once the shipment arrives in your country. Customs of each country determines the amounts.
The customer is responsible for paying any additional charges requested by the appropriate authorities.
If your shipment is made to the United States, remember that the amount of duty-free imports must not exceed $800.
Contacting Customs can help you find out the amount of duty-free imports determined in your country and/or calculate how much tax you will have to pay for the item you are purchasing.
In the event that the customer refuses to receive their order due to additional charges determined by Customs, STARLEI reserves the right to charge you the costs of both shipping and return of the product, as well as any additional amount generated by Customs.
You will be able to perform exchanges and returns up to 15 days after the purchase date, as long as you meet the following conditions:
- That the product is in perfect condition (new, without signs of use and with the original packaging).
- That the product has not been manipulated.
In order to make a size change, contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp and we will explain how to carry out this process.
Starlei does not make collections, so the cost of sending your Starlei products back to our warehouse will be borne by the customer. The client will be in charge and responsible for correctly wrapping the package and delivering it to a transport agency so that it arrives at our warehouse.
Once we verify that the conditions are met, you can exchange the item for another one we have in stock. In the event that the exchange is for a different model of a higher price, you must pay the difference.
*The customization service does not allow changes or returns as espadrilles are made to order.
The changes do not apply to purchases outside the European Union.
You can return your Starlei products purchased at www.starlei.es , within 14 days of making the purchase. All products must be returned intact, unused, with all original labels and packaging. Send us an email to email@example.com to coordinate the return of your order. Our customer service department will tell you how to proceed. Once we receive the return in our warehouse, we will proceed to pay you the amount of the returned product/s.
The cost of the return will be borne by the customer. The client will be in charge and responsible for correctly wrapping the package and delivering it to a transport agency so that it arrives at our warehouse. We do not accept returns through the Post Office.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once you have contacted us to confirm that you want to make a return within the next 24 hours, our customer service will contact you to give you instructions on how to proceed.
Once the return has been received in our warehouse and we check that it complies with our returns policy, we will pay you the amount via your originally used payment method. Returns will be paid excluding the cost of shipping .
Once we have processed the payment of your order, it may take 10 to 14 days for the money to be deposited on your card.
Have you received a defective product? In this case, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our service department will change your product at no cost.
